How long until clients receive images?

Portrait Sessions:

Digital Files will be delivered within 4 weeks of shooting.
Printed products will be ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks of shooting.

Weddings & Elopements:

Digital Files will be delivered on the one-month anniversary.
Printed products will be ready for pickup within 4-8 weeks following the wedding.

For Portrait Sessions, digital files will be delivered within 4 weeks of the shoot, and printed products will be ready for pickup within 4-6 weeks. For Weddings and Elopements, digital files will be delivered on the one-month anniversary, with printed products available for pickup within 4-8 weeks following the event.

What should we wear?

Do's:

- Choose solid, neutral colors for a timeless look

- Coordinate with others in the photoshoot for a cohesive appearance

Don'ts:

- Avoid busy patterns that can distract from the subject

- Steer clear of hoodies

- Refrain from wearing large logos or emblems that detract from the overall aesthetic

How many outfit changes are allowed?

During our consultation, please let me know if you would like to incorporate multiple outfit changes. We will evaluate what is feasible within our session time and tailor the experience to suit your needs.

Do you have a studio? If not, can a studio session be booked?

Nikki Parker Photography does not currently own a studio; however, a space can be rented for an additional fee.

What happens if it rains?

If rain occurs on the day of our session, we will either find a suitable indoor location or reschedule at no additional cost to you. Your comfort and satisfaction are my top priority.

Can friends & family order prints from my session?

Absolutely! After your session, we will have a proofing session where you can invite anyone who wants to make purchases or final decisions. We’ll work together to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the selections made.

Is travel included in session fees?

Travel expenses are not included in the session fees. After our consultation, I will provide you with a detailed quote that includes a pricing breakdown.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Clients have up to 72 hours before their scheduled session to reschedule. If rescheduling does not occur within that timeframe, a fee of 30% of the session cost will be charged. This policy helps manage bookings effectively, ensuring I can accommodate all clients.
